If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can contact us by sending an email to alizefiliz@gmail.com or via our customer service number.
The packaging of the products must be returned unopened, unused and in original condition.
You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please send your return request to alizefiliz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping costs for products eligible for return are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Once your return request is approved, you must send the product back to us. Once we have received the product and confirmed that it meets the conditions, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.
